Position: Director of Housekeeping
About: Proper Hospitality, a renowned hotel company, is looking for an experienced Director of Housekeeping to join the team at Shelborne Miami Beach, a new addition to their portfolio set to open in early 2025. The property will feature a variety of dining options, a pool, garden lounge, fitness center, private beach club access, and ample event space.
Requirements: Proven experience in housekeeping management, ideally in a boutique or luxury hotel environment; strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on service excellence; excellent organizational and time management abilities; exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury-level cleanliness; ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in housekeeping software and basic office applications (Word, Excel); flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
