Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive hotel operations background/experience; four years’ experience as a manager in 4 or 5-star resorts/hotels; ability to communicate goals and inspire associates; proven leadership skills; advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management; analytical thinking aptitude; excellent verbal and written communication; computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Power Point; competency in human resources practices such as recruitment, training, motivation, and team building.
