Position: Director of Food Beverage (“Director de Alimentos & Bebidas”)
About: Direct and organize the Food & Beverage functions within the outlets of a resort to maintain high standards of quality, service, and merchandising with a focus on maximizing profits and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; Bachelors Degree preferred; 3-5 years of Food & Beverage operation experience required; 3-5 years of management experience required; Culinary, sales, and service background required; Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol; Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required; Ability to provide and maintain a valid driver’s license as the position may require the operation of vehicles.
