Position: Director of Food & Beverage
About: The Marina del Rey Hotel is actively seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations of the hotel, including preparation, service, administration, and profitability. Situated in a scenic waterfront location on the world’s largest manmade small-craft harbor, the luxury Marina del Rey Hotel offers a retreat for guests to unwind and indulge in a perfect balance of comfort and luxury.
Requirements: Bachelors or better; Four years’ experience in a similar role with food preparation and restaurant operations; Effective forecasting, budget preparation, and cost control in food & labor; Proficient in training, coaching, and counseling; Experience in hiring, training, supervision, forecasting, budget preparation, and cost control in food and labor
