Position: Director of Food and Beverage
About: The Woodlands Country Club on the Palmer Course in Invited is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to join their dynamic team in the hospitality and service industry. Invited is the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, offering first-class amenities including golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, pools, fitness centers, and more.
Requirements: 5+ years in Club Management or related field; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Admin (preferred); Level 1 Sommelier Certification (preferred); Strong written and oral Communication Skills; Exceptional leadership skills, self-motivated, strategic thinker, positive attitude; Adaptable to change, problem-solving through an open-minded approach; Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment; Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media.
