Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role, preferably within a country club or resort; strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses; exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams; comprehensive knowledge and passion for food and beverage operations
