About: The Chattanooga Lookouts, a professional baseball team based in Chattanooga, are seeking a Director of Fan Engagement to lead in driving ticket sales and creating a remarkable fan experience both in the stadium and within the community. This role involves overseeing various aspects of marketing, community engagement, content creation, game presentation, and brand design.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; Minimum of two years of promotions or entertainment experience with a sports team; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
