Position: Director of Facilities and Infrastructure
About: The Catalina Island Conservancy, located on Catalina Island off the Southern California coast, is seeking a Director of Facilities and Infrastructure to lead their Facilities and Infrastructure team. The Conservancy aims to be an exemplary steward of island resources through conservation, education, and recreation, protecting 88% of Catalina Island’s approximately 48,000 acres and guiding ecosystem recovery for a resilient and self-sustaining environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field and/or equivalent experience; at least 7-10 years of experience in asset or facility management and construction or a related role; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time-management skills; proven leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management or maintenance software such as Limble or Monday.com
