Position: Director of Facilities
About: Saint John is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, grounds and landscaping, capital projects, construction, and fleet vehicles. This role involves operationalizing strategies to uphold the company’s vision and goals while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; ten years of facilities management experience with five years in a leadership role; knowledge of federal and state Life Safety regulations for Skilled Nursing Facilities; familiarity with state and local building codes; desirable background as an engineer, architect, or certification in a trade; proven leadership in process improvement, customer satisfaction, team coaching, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
