Position: Director of Events – INTRUST Bank Arena
About: Leads the Event Services department including Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Guest Experience Manager, Event Security, 24-hour security, Sheriff’s officers, and stagehands. Additionally, oversee 3rd party subcontractors including 24-hour on-site security at INTRUST Bank Arena, event/t-shirt security, show runners, and EMS while ensuring safety and security of facility on event days and non-event days. Provide support to Capitol Federal Amphitheater as requested.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year college or university; five to seven years related experience and/or training in the public assembly industry or combination of education and experience; Management experience, preferred, or supervisory experience; Experience working with 24-hour in-house security, preferred
