Position: Director of Events – INTRUST Bank Arena
About: Leads the Event Services department at a premier venue, overseeing a team of Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Guest Experience Manager, Event Security, 24-hour security, and stagehands. Responsible for the safety and security of the facility on event and non-event days, as well as providing support to other venues as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; five to seven years of related experience in the public assembly industry or a combination of education and experience; management or supervisory experience preferred; knowledge of safety regulations and laws; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to perform various tasks like walking, standing, lifting, etc.
