Position: Director of Event Operations
About: Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel, located at 64 South Water Street, Mobile, Alabama, United States, 36602, is seeking a Director of Event Operations to lead and elevate the events team for galas, weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings. This downtown convention hotel hosts a wide range of events throughout the year in over 44,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event operations, banquet management, or a comparable leadership role; must be available to work flexible hours; proven experience in upscale hospitality, banquet management, or event operations within a similar-sized property; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
