Position: Director of Event Operations
About: The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain in Marana, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Event Management Manager to oversee all event service, banquet, and event technology operations, ensuring the highest level of service and maximizing revenue opportunities. This position involves managing the financial performance of the Event Operations Department and achieving guest and employee satisfaction at this prestigious luxury hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
