Position: Director of Event Operations
About: W South Beach, located at 2201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, United States, 33139, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee all event service, banquet, and event technology operations on a daily basis. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the highest level of service during events, maximizing revenue opportunities, and managing costs effectively to enhance guest and employee satisfaction as well as the financial performance of the Event Operations Department.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or a related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or a related professional area. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
