Position: Director of Engineering
About: Direct all maintenance operations for a hotel including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, and more. Supervise staff, manage projects and resources, maintain a maintenance program, and respond to guest requests and complaints.
Requirements: A minimum of a 4-year degree in Engineering or related major, or 4 years of experience as a Director of Engineering. Ability to use various office and accounting software, handle various tools, efficiently operate building systems, climb ladders, carry heavy objects, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
