About: Sodexo is in search of a Director of Culinary & Product Specifications to join the team. This critical leadership role focuses on developing, standardizing, and maintaining food product specifications for exceptional quality and consistency. The position acts as a bridge between culinary innovation and operational excellence. This is a fully remote position, and candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7 years management experience; strong culinary and strategic product sourcing background; strong applied knowledge of financial triggers driving business growth; understanding of data-driven insights for strategic decisions; project management; team-focused management and collaborator
