Position: Director of Catering and Special Events
About: White Eagle Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Director of Catering and Special Events to oversee member-related activities, social events, business meetings, and banquets. This is a full-time salaried position with a flexible schedule involving nights and weekends based on event requirements at the club. The Director plays a key role in coordinating and organizing events, managing staff, and ensuring timely communication across all departments for successful event execution.
Requirements: Professional verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to adapt to changing situations; strong interpersonal skills with diverse constituencies; self-motivated and collaborative; dedicated to personal and professional growth; skilled in problem-solving and scheduling; able to work independently and as part of a team; two- or four-year degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience; progressive experience in club, hotel, resort, or restaurant settings; previous private club experience preferred
