Position: Director of Catering and Convention Services-Banquets (Caesars Palace LV)
About: Oversees and directs the operations of Catering & Convention Services. Lead an organization with ethical methods and actions in full compliance with laws and regulations. Responsible for maximizing revenues and profits through effective selling and planning. Works closely with F&B Leadership and maintains communication with Group guests. Strong leadership and negotiation skills required.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications; Experienced marketing/sales professional with 5-10 years of experience; Proven leader comfortable in a dynamic environment; Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills; Motivating presence as a public speaker; Team player with excellent relationship-building skills; Comfortable with multitasking; Solid track record in managing diverse groups for results;
