Position: Director of Buildings and Grounds
About: William Peace University is looking for a Director of Buildings and Grounds to join their team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, renovation projects, construction, landscaping, and repairs as needed to buildings and systems. This position also involves providing direction to housekeeping and grounds services.
Requirements: BA/BS degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or related field, with five years of related experience; supervisory experience of facilities, maintenance, and/or landscaping staff or vendors; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment; ability to work required schedule, including after-hours or on-call requests; valid NC driver’s license
