Position: Director of Benefits
About: White Lodging, a hospitality company developing and operating award-winning hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in major cities, is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead its comprehensive benefits programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee well-being, aligning benefits with company goals, and driving employee engagement under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Total Rewards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like CCP, CEBS, or SPHR required within one year); leadership skills; expertise in benefits program design, management, and compliance; analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities; high-impact communication and change management abilities
