Position: Director, Native American Programs

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of ten years of related and progressive work experience in real estate and affordable housing development; five (5) years of management experience; experience as a tribal housing professional; knowledgeable with NAHASDA programs such as IHBG, USDA 502 mortgages, HUD 184 mortgages, and other rural housing and development programs and financing options; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong organizational and people management skills; ability to work independently and prioritize conflicting demands; demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and flexibility; strong ethics in interpersonal relations and collaborative teamwork
