Position: Director, Marketplace Operations
About: Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer and premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, haircare products, and salon services, is looking for a Director of Marketplace Operations to oversee and manage the entire operations for the marketplace function.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business, operations management, or supply chain; Master’s Degree preferred; 10 years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or store/warehouse/logistics/production management fields; strong understanding of 3P operations, including inventory management, supply chain, fulfillment, shipping, and returns; proficiency in MS Office Programs required, knowledge in SAP/WMS is advantageous; strong organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, ability to operate efficiently in a time-sensitive environment, and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate effectively with all related parties, including 3PLs to complete tasks
