Requirements: Master’s Degree in Nursing, or BSN with other applicable master’s degree (MHA, MBA); Three or more years of progressing leadership positions in the healthcare environment; Current Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse; Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons; Related specialty or professional certification; Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional educational and lifestyle backgrounds; Knowledge of basic computer skills; Ability to travel between campuses, frequently with limited notice
