Position: Director, Franchise Development
About: The Director, Franchise Development role at Tropical Smoothie Cafe involves recruiting new multi-unit, multi-brand franchisees with strong operations and capitalization. Requirements: A 4-year degree in Business or a related field is desired; 5+ years’ experience in Franchise Sales is preferred; Strong understanding of the franchising industry and regulations; Results-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment; Ability to influence others and sell using a consultative sales approach; Proficient in MS Office Suite; Strong organizational and time management skills; Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; High ethical standards and commitment to self-development.
