Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; an MBA is highly preferred; minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, specifically as a Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; exceptional attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and precision; excellent verbal and written communication skills; creative thinking and initiative; proven ability to lead and collaborate closely with team members; highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills; creative problem-solving skills; exceptional ability in generating spreadsheets and slides; ability to collaborate across organizational teams; entrepreneurial mindset
