Position: DIRECTOR FACILITIES (FT VARIED)
About: Henderson Hospital is a member of The Valley Health System, offering emergency care, surgical services, cardiovascular care, women’s health and maternity services, outpatient wound care, and two freestanding emergency departments in Henderson, NV. Accredited as an Advanced Primary Heart Attack Center and Stroke Center, Henderson Hospital has received multiple awards for patient safety and quality of care since its opening in 2016.
Requirements: Minimum of High School Diploma and degree or certification in a technical trade or field related to facility maintenance and engineering; Bachelors degree preferred; 2-5 years of previous hospital engineering management experience; Intermediate level computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and Building Management Systems; Holds current Certified Healthcare Facility Manager certification or has the ability to obtain within one year; Holds a valid driver’s license; Knowledge of NFPA codes, Joint Commission, CMS standards, OSHA, EPA, and state and local codes; Experience in building trades such as HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; Previous project management experience
