About: New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) is a driving force in realizing the aggressive climate change goals set by the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. NYSERDA collaborates with various stakeholders to develop and invest in clean energy solutions, promoting sustainable energy practices across New York State.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience in fast-paced environments including 6 years in a supervisory role; strong leadership and problem-solving ability, an action bias, and experience leading direct reports and colleagues toward measurable outcomes; 50% travel required for onsite event management of key events as necessary
