Position: Director, Events Education & Training (Shiseido)
About: SHISEIDO Americas, a leader in the beauty, fragrance, and personal care sector, is seeking a full-time Director of Events to oversee in-store events and animations for several portfolio brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing event protocols across Clé de Peau Beauté, Shiseido & Shiseido Fragrances in the United States marketplace.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in beauty; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or sales; MBA preferred; deep knowledge of retail environment and competitive best practices across skincare, color cosmetics, and fragrances brands; ability to meet deadlines and maintain professionalism; excellent communication skills; strong relationship building skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; approximately 30% travel required.
