Position: Director, Event Technology II – Four Seasons Las Vegas
About: The Director, Event Technology II (DET II) is responsible for leading a successful sales and operations team to achieve revenue and profitability goals in an assigned location(s). This role ensures World-Class service delivery, fosters key venue relationships, and promotes high performance and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; 5+ years of audio visual experience; 3+ years of operations supervisory/management experience; 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience; Sales experience is a plus; Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in a live show environment; Ops 200 & Leadership 200 Certification; Proficiency with computer hardware and software; Effective leadership abilities, customer satisfaction, and people development focus; Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles
