Position: Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk
About: The Enterprise Technology Risk & Analytics (ETRA) group is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced professional to lead the Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk team. This role involves collaborating with various enterprise cybersecurity functions to execute risk activities, such as risk assessments, control testing, and supporting the implementation of new controls. The team reports to the Technology Risk leader and oversees risk management related to the technology environment across the enterprise, partnering with other risk and compliance functions to protect customer interests and the company’s brand.
Requirements: 8-10 years’ experience in information technology risk, cyber security, controls, or audit roles; Experience in fraud risk frameworks a plus; Prior experience in team management and leadership preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field preferred; Professional technology and associated risk certifications preferred; Experience in technology risk assessments, control assessments, or IT audits; Demonstrated technical abilities in various areas including technology infrastructure, cyber security, access management, and cloud technology; Strong knowledge of information technology processes and controls; Ability to solve complex problems and innovate risk mitigation; Collaborative working relationships with IT and Business personnel; Knowledge of industry standards, frameworks, and best practices; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
