Position: Director, Customer Care Center
About: SERVPRO, a trusted leader in fire and water cleanup, restoration services, mold mitigation, and biohazard remediation for over 50 years, is seeking a Director, Customer Care Center to provide strategic leadership in managing customer care functions and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 7+ years of contact center management experience, preferably in property insurance or home services; leadership experience; collaborative mindset; advanced data analysis skills; excellent communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office products; strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities; advanced experience with IVR, workforce management, telephony, and call center software systems
