Position: Director, Customer Care Center

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field; 7+ years of successful experience in contact center management, preferably in property insurance or home services; leadership experience; collaborative work approach; advanced data analysis skills; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office products; strategic thinking with tactical execution ability; advanced experience with IVR, workforce management, telephony, and call center software systems.
