Position: Director, Culinary Offer Implementation
About: Sodexo, known for providing food service, catering, facilities management, and other integrated solutions worldwide, is currently seeking a Director, Culinary Offer Implementation for The Good Eating Company. This virtual position requires up to 75% travel (50% USA and 25% Latin America) and focuses on strengthening culinary presence, developing strategies, and ensuring culinary standards for North and South America.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; minimum 5 years of management experience and 5 years of functional experience; strong culinary background; ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate leadership skills; adept at working collaboratively and influencing without formal authority; experience in managing costs and operational execution of multiple locations or businesses; successful track record in starting up new business/accounts; ability to build relationships and foster market growth internally and externally
