Position: Director, Assisted Living Sales
About: Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home, equal opportunity employers, are looking for a Director of Sales for Assisted Living products. This role involves managing sales operations at a local community level, developing relationships with prospects and advocates, designing sales plans, and working towards exceeding occupancy goals in collaboration with community leaders and the Health Care Sales Director.
Requirements: Required Degree: High school; Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s; Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience with a preference in Senior Living industry. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Understanding of business-to-consumer sales and business-to-business referral development, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of sales and business development concepts, familiarity with senior living lifestyle, comfortable working in a faith-based senior living community, valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
