About: DaVita is seeking a Labor Relations Director, Special Projects to report to a Vice President, People Services. This critical leadership role focuses on national union avoidance and engagement activities, developing strategies, implementing programs, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; at least 7 years of strategic or operational leadership experience; 5 years of project management experience; strong knowledge of Labor Relations, NLRB procedures, and collective bargaining; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in human resources, people services, or engagement; ability to influence others and build relationships; strategic thinker with problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
