Position: Director 2 – Facilities Project Manager
About: Sodexo Facilities Solutions is seeking a Director 2, Facilities Project Manager in Boston, MA to supervise projects within the Facilities Engineering Department at Tufts Medical Center. The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for safety, quality, and budget for projects of varying sizes, supporting the Hospital and Departmental Mission of providing a safe environment for all individuals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields preferred; 5 years of management and functional experience; experience with the Joint Commission, Environment of Care (EOC), OSHA, and Life Safety requirements; strong technical knowledge of various systems and structures; business and financial acumen; excellent customer service and communication skills; staff development and team building experience; Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) a plus
