Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred; Minimum of 3 years management experience in nursing and/or multidisciplinary teams in a home care setting; 1 year experience with frail elderly population required; Registered NYS Professional Nurse License required
