Position: Dir of Operations
About: We are a premier upscale bar/restaurant looking for a dynamic Sr. General Manager to lead our team of managers and associates. The position will be located at an upscale restaurant in ATL Airport. We offer a competitive salary, bonuses, and the opportunity to grow with us as we expand.
Requirements: Must be able to pass the TSA federal background check to work in the airport; 4-year college degree preferred; 3 or more years’ experience as a restaurant manager in a casual/fine dining environment; Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions; Prior knowledge and experience in purchasing and production; Must have extensive knowledge of fine wine and craft specialty drinks
