About: Constellation Miami is seeking a Director of Service, a pivotal role aimed at delivering unparalleled events through top-tier hospitality. The Director will be at the forefront of each event, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience throughout the event. This role involves comprehensive management of event dynamics, focusing on the meticulous orchestration of food and beverage service by overseeing the dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury standards and demonstrate proficiency in managing all facets of event logistics and client interactions to create memorable occasions. Luxury experience is required.
Requirements: Must have at least five years of experience coordinating food service events and staffing levels. Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications. ServSafe and/or HACCP certification
