About: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is a casual dining restaurant brand famous for its Southern-style barbecue. It currently has locations in New York State (Harlem, Brooklyn, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and Troy) and another in New Jersey.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least six months of prior work experience; working knowledge of dining room and service procedures
