Position: Dining Service Server
About: Capital Senior Living, a provider of senior living services, is seeking a detail-oriented Dining Services Assistant to support food preparation tasks, meal service delivery, and overall dining operations at their establishment.
Requirements: Assists chefs in food preparation tasks and serving; Completes dishwashing tasks for efficient dining service operations; Maintains dining service standards for efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness; Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards; Adheres to work schedules for effective food service; Serves meals to Residents within scheduled time frame; Performs set, serve, and clear service in dining room; Maintains cleanliness of dining room and kitchen before and after each meal; Ensures compliance with state sanitation code; Maintains a clean, neat, and safe working environment; Records and communicates Resident food needs and preferences; Accounts for staff, Resident, and guest meals daily; Maintains meal service records; Reports problems and concerns with food service; Observes and communicates changes in Resident status, needs, or preferences; Observes and reports work, safety, and administrative issues; Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations; Records Resident information as required; Demonstrates knowledge of emergency procedures and infection control protocols; Performs additional assigned duties including food preparation and cleaning tasks; Attends in-service training sessions; Reports suspicions of abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of Residents immediately to the supervisor as per company policy and procedures.
