Position: Dining Service Server
About: Capital Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dining Services Assistant to support the culinary team in food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining the dining room and kitchen to ensure efficient and high-quality service to residents. The role involves adhering to safety and sanitation standards, following meal schedules, and addressing residents’ food needs and preferences.
Requirements: Assists chefs in food preparation and serving tasks; completes dishwashing tasks efficiently; maintains dining service standards for meal delivery, customer service, and cleanliness; ensures compliance with safety and sanitation regulations; follows work schedules effectively; serves meals within scheduled time frames; maintains cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen; complies with state sanitation codes; maintains a safe working environment; records resident information as required; demonstrates knowledge and adherence to emergency procedures and infection control protocols; attends in-service training sessions; reports any observed issues appropriately; adheres to policies and procedures; avoids wastage of supplies and equipment; communicates effectively with the team and supervisors.
