Position: Dining Server
About: Cogir Senior Living, a nationwide senior living management company with over 90 communities across multiple states, is seeking friendly and energetic Servers for their premier retirement community, Acoya Shea. As a Dining Server in this community restaurant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience, building relationships with residents, and ensuring top-notch service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus; excellent verbal and written communication skills; passion for serving seniors; positive team player mentality
