Position: Dining Room Supervisor
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities nationwide, with its Home Office based in Lincoln, Nebraska. They are currently seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to deliver a first-class, resort-like dining experience to residents and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; experience working in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting; excellent communication skills; eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry; must complete ServSafe Manager food safety certifications within the first 90 days of hire; basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook); commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards; ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
