Position: Dining Room Busser / Food Runner
About: Black Point Inn, a prestigious hotel located on the coast, is seeking a detail-oriented Dining Room Busser/Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by assisting Dining Room Servers with various tasks like setting tables, serving food, clearing tables, and interacting courteously with patrons.
Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States of America; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members; capable of working as part of a team; able to follow verbal and written instructions, including menus and workplace safety guidelines; active listening and observation skills; knowledge of food allergies and cross-contamination issues; outgoing personality with excellent oral communication skills; adept at working under pressure and handling busy periods
