Position: Dining Room and Special Events Manager
About: The position is for a Dining/Special Event Manager at Keeneland, responsible for assisting with Race Meets, Sales, and Special Events under the direction of the Director of Dining. The role involves managing event operations, staff, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be available to work nights and weekends throughout the year.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum three years of front-of-the-house operations or management experience in event management, food, and beverage. Training in a major hotel or restaurant chain is a plus. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems. Ability to work long hours, manage staff effectively, and maintain a high level of integrity. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
