Position: Dining Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience/training; 3+ years’ experience in Food & Beverage Management in a resort or fine dining setting; TIPS certified; Knowledge of world class hospitality and service management; Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits & cocktails; Proven ability to lead and manage a team; Valid State Driver’s License
