Position: Dilido Busser
About: DILIDO BEACH CLUB, part of The Jos Andrs Group in partnership with The Ritz Carlton South Beach, brings award-winning restaurant concepts to Miami Beach, Florida. The club is seeking talented hospitality professionals to join the team and contribute to their mission of ‘Changing the World Through the Power of Food’. Qualified Bussers are needed to attend to guests dining on the beach and at the beachside restaurant and bar at Dilido Beach Club.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality industry preferred; ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional guest service; willingness to learn and expand knowledge of food and beverage; exhibit genuine hospitality and anticipate guest needs; physical ability to lift and carry trays of food, walk for up to 8 hours, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues; flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends
