Position: Digital Marketing Manager, Website, Advertising & Analytics (Remote Position at Not for Profit Association)
About: The American Montessori Society is the foremost advocate for quality Montessori education, setting high professional standards for education and providing support services, research, and professional development events for its over 20,000 members globally. AMS is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management, analytics, and paid advertising; Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites, including updates, optimizations, and collaboration with external web agencies; Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Google Analytics; Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; Knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, technical SEO, and content alignment; Proven ability to analyze data with relevant reporting and/or data visualization tools and use insights to optimize campaigns, web performance, and user experience; Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results; Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with remote teams; Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign optimization (preferred); Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred); Familiarity with social media advertising strategies and tools (preferred); Experience with non-profit marketing a plus; Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
