Position: Dietary Supervisor – LIFE St. Mary – Full Time M-F, no weekends
About: The PACE Organization (PO) is looking for a dedicated and organized Dietary Supervisor to manage the daily operation of the Dietary Department at St Mary PACE. The role involves overseeing dining services, housekeeping duties, kitchen responsibilities, and ensuring the provision of food and nutrition to LIFE St Mary participants. The Dietary Supervisor will also be responsible for tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating meals with caterers, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while guiding dietary aides under the supervision of the Dietitian Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred; Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quantity food preparation in healthcare, hospitality, or retirement industry; Minimum one (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population; ServSafe Certification, or receive one within one (1) to three (3) months of employment; Supervisory experience preferred
